Jim and Nancy Gillis honored by CHS baseball program

Anybody that has attended a Crestview High School baseball game in the last 20 years has probably seen Jim and Nancy Gillis.

Jim and Nancy are the parents of Bulldog coach Tim Gillis as well as three other sons that graduated from CHS.

Nancy and Jim Gillis are joined by three of their sons, Ryan, the head football coach at Shoal River Middle School; Tim, the head baseball coach and an assistant football coach at Crestview High School; and Andy, a former Bulldog baseball and football player. Steve, the second oldest son, who lives in Gainesville, was unable to attend the ceremony honoring their parents.
