Hometown History: Our first council meeting

Crestview – Here’s your dose of Crestview area history for this week. As spring sets in, the pace of local activity picks up. Much of the material gleaned for this feature comes from “Crestview: The Forkland,” a comprehensive history book. Copies may be purchased at the Crestview History Museum.
In the late 1960s, a car turns onto Main Street from Woodruff Avenue in front of WCNU’s corner studio, which is now home of Joey the Jeweler.
