Benjamin Donnell and his wife, Alley, are both entrepreneurs. The pair, who have been married for almost nine years, talked daily about what kind of business they wanted to open.
“We would think about what it would look like to open a café with maybe sandwiches and coffee,” Benjamin Donnell said. “We were always talking about something, and the Lord opened the door for us to do something with ice cream and that is the direction we decided to go into. We knew this is what we needed right now.”
