Festival of the Arts to feature more than 100 artists
The 29th annual Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation Festival of the Arts, which is free and open to the public, is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27 in Destin.
