Drug Task Force arrests two Crestview-area residents

Two Crestview-area residents were arrested on Thursday after officers executing a narcotics’ search warrant reportedly found a firearm, cocaine packaged for distribution, and additional evidence of narcotics distribution at a home on Starmount Drive.

Amond Robinson, 33, and Destiny Jackson, 27, were charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and possession of narcotics paraphernalia.

Starmount Drive is southwest of the Old Bethel Road/Normandy Road intersection and just outside of Crestview’s city limits.

The warrant was executed by members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force, with assistance from the S.O.’s Special Response Team.
