Crestview weightlifters claim district championship

For the first time in more than 20 years the Crestview Bulldogs boys weightlifting team is the district champions. The Bulldogs traveled to Tallahassee on Thursday claiming the title in the District 2-3A Olympic Style lift. They finished third in the Traditional category.
Crestview’s boys weightlifting team won the District 2-3A championship in the Olympic style lift and finished third in the traditional. The district championship was the first in weightlifting for the Crestview boys since 1999.
