Crestview readies itself for animal control duties

In the first two weeks of assuming responsibility for animal control services in Crestview city limits, officials say they have taken several key steps in the right direction. City Manager Tim Bolduc said that about eight employees, including himself, the chief of police and the community services development director, will be taking a course on animal control.
