Covenant Baptist Church seeks to meet need of growing area
Russell Taylor is no stranger to North Okaloosa County.
Taylor is a former pastor of First Baptist Church of Holt and the founding pastor of the Shepherd’s Church, which is located on Highway 4 in Milligan.
Russell Taylor is the pastor of Covenant Baptist Church that meets in the Baker Community Center on Highway 4 in Baker at 9 a.m. Sunday morning. The church started in December of 2022.
