County awards Live Oak Church Road project to Freeport firm

C.W. Roberts Contracting Inc., the Freeport-based construction firm leading the PJ Adams Parkway expansion project in Crestview, has been awarded a $4.1 million contract to improve the southernmost portion of Live Oak Church Road by the Hub City’s south end.
