Brick upheaval

One reads, “Jesus Loves You,” with the shape of a heart representing the “o” in “Loves.” Another pays tribute to “Mable Edge, Coney Island Icon, ‘What Fer Ya.’” And another honors “Nicholai Jewett, 06-25-1981-07-02-2008, A Proud Soldier for his Country & the Lord, rest in God’s peace.”
The Crestview High School class of 1957 is memorialized by these bricks in front of the Fox Theater.
