Baker volleyball team sweeps Walton in opener

There is no such thing as perfection in any sport. That is especially true for the first regular season contest of a new year.

Baker’s Lady Gator volleyball team wasn’t perfect on Monday as it hosted Walton, but it was pretty good, sweeping the Braves in three sets, 25-10, 25-16, 25-21.

Chloe Ates goes up for a serve for Baker against Walton during the third set of Monday’s match won by the Gators in straight sets.
