Adams Sanitation was officially acquired by Ecowaste Solutions on May 1.

In April, the Crestview City Council approved the transfer of Adams’ contract with the city to Ecowaste in light of the pending sale during the contract period. As part of the agreement with Adams, the city received a one-time payment of $500,000.
