I’m in a class that was recently tasked with watching two side by side 15-second videos of a woman speaking and determining which was real and which was AI generated.
Of about 25 people in the room, about 50% were able to discern which video was real. (For anyone wondering, I got it right.)

Sept. 26, 2024 | 10:24 p.m. The National Hurricane Center said that at 10:20 p.m. CT, Hurricane Helene made landfall as a category four hurricane in Florida’s Big Bend region. The eye was about 10 miles west-southwest of Perry. The maximum sustained winds of the storm were 140 miles per hour.
Okaloosa schools open Friday, with Eglin Elementary the lone exception
