Austin Mount apparently is off the hook

An Emerald Coast Regional Council-hosted reception on Feb. 2 generated much interest because of the “outward appearance” that the event was self-promoting at the expense of taxpayers, Bay County Commission Chairman and ECRC Board Member Tommy Hamm said today.
