Boyles shows himself out after 12 years on the County Commission

The legacy of former longtime Okaloosa County District 3 Commissioner Nathan Boyles likely will include his “50 in 5” initiative that called for using county half-cent sales tax money to stabilize 50 miles of dirt roads within five years.
