The Crestview Police Department is in the process of developing a new strategic plan and invites the public to an open forum to share how the department can better serve the community.

At the forum, department officials will also share what they have achieved from the previous strategic plan.
The forum is scheduled to take place from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, at Warriors Hall, 201 Stillwell Blvd.
