Report includes ‘worst-case urban sprawl scenario’ for north county
According to a startling finding from the planning firm conducting the North Okaloosa Planning Study, the county’s existing future land use and zoning rules for the study area “provide for 129,535 dwelling units, supporting a population of 351,039 residents” by 2050.
