An anonymous tip lead to the arrest of a teenager after it was found he had created a “kill list” and shared it with others.
On May 15, Walton County Sheriff’s Office School Resource Deputies were notified of a tip submitted to Fortify FL outlining Freeport Middle School student Ryan Ciupak, 13, allegedly making threats to harm others.
