Crestview mayor, new council members begin new terms
Returning Hub City Mayor J.B. Whitten and newly elected City Councilmembers Brandon Frost and Shannon Hayes were each sworn into office on Monday by the Rev. Paul Mixon, who is a pastor at Central Baptist Church in Crestview and the District 1 Okaloosa County commissioner.
