Proposed north Crestview subdivision would have nearly 500 homes
City of Crestview officials recently received a development application for a proposed 475-lot subdivision that, with final approval, would stand south of Old Bethel Road and not far west of Davidson Middle School and Crestview High School.
The land owned by RL Prop 2012-1 LLC, south of Old Bethel Road.
