Patriots’ 9/11 memorial helps ensure people ‘never forget’
Three hundred U.S. flags, or about one for every 10 people who died in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on America, sway in the breeze sailing over the front yard of Barry and Arlene Barrett’s home at 6070 Old Bethel Road, just outside of Crestview’s city limits.
