Betsy Roy is retiring, but she’ll still embrace Main Street
Unlike in Crestview, Elizabeth “Betsy” Roy was unable to enjoy the hometown feel of a Main Street when she was growing up in the small unincorporated community of Flintstone in northwest Georgia.
