Between Jan. 20, when Donald Trump was inaugurated for his second term as U.S. president, and this morning, Okaloosa County Jail officials in partnership with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued 189 immigration holds, or detainers, on arrested illegal immigrants.
