Memorial for Kadance Fredericksen is coming to Twin Hills Park
An anonymous donor has offered to pay the estimated $5,000 cost of establishing a memorial for the late Kadance Fredericksen at Twin Hills Park, Crestview officials said at Monday’s City Council meeting.
