School District: Bullying involves an ‘imbalance of power’
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office reportedly investigated the circumstances around the Dec. 2 suicide of 13-year-old Payton Raulerson, who was a Crestview resident, an Okaloosa STEMM Academy eighth-grade student, and a victim of bullying.
