‘Joey the Jeweler’ is honored as Crestview’s top citizen

Forrest Tinklepaugh Jr., who is also known as “Joey” and owns the Joey the Jeweler store in downtown Crestview, is the recipient of the city’s 2026 Mae Reatha Coleman Citizen of the Year Award.
