The irresistible beat of a Dixieland band, the piquant aroma of boiling crawfish, the dazzle of beads sparkling in the sun, the fruity lusciousness of a hurricane punch, and the squeals of delight as a reveler finds the baby in a slice of king cake herald the arrival of Mardi Gras at the historic Bush House.
