The VOI described above has a(n) ANNUAL Ownership Interest in the Units, and an appurtenant undivided interest in the common elements of the Condominium as set forth in the Condominium Declaration and has been allocated 1,000,000 Points as defined in the Declaration for use in EACH year(s). COUNT II - JOHN T. HIGGINS, TRUSTEE, DECEASED AND ANY UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OR SUCCESSORS UNDER THE JOHN T. HIGGINS TRUST DATED JANUARY 15, 2014
