The administration of the estate of James Donald Ennis, deceased, File Number 2022 CP 001242, is pending in the Circuit Court for Okaloosa County, Florida, the address of which is 101 East James Lee Boulevard, Crestview, Florida 32536, (850) 689-5000. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 4, 2022 @ 8:30 am or shortly thereafter in Okaloosa County Courthouse, 101 East James Lee Blvd., Crestview, FL 32536, a public hearing will be held before the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida, at the request of Teramore Development, LLC, to consider a resolution to vacate the unopened north-south alleyway lying west of lots 1 through 16 and east of lots 17 through 32 inclusive, Block 17, Town of Baker, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 12 of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida. Section 6, T-3-N, R-24-W, more specifically described as:
Commence at a concrete marker found at the Northeast corner of Section 6, Township 3 North, Range 24 West in Okaloosa County, Florida and go North 80 degrees 22 minutes 45 seconds West along the north line of Section 6 for a distance of 1,472.46 feet to a point; thence leaving the Northern line of Section 6 go South 09 degrees 10 minutes 52 seconds West for a distance of 529.37 feet to a 5/8ヤ rebar set capped LB#8367 located at the intersection of Southerly right-of-way line of 16th Street (50メ R/W) and the Westerly right-of-way line of Madison Street (50メ R/W ヨ unopened portion), also being the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 17, Town of Baker; thence go North 80 degrees 44 minutes 44 seconds West along the Southerly right-of-way line of 16th Street for a distance of 140.00 feet to a point being the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 17, Town of Baker, said point being the Point of Beginning.
From said Point of Beginning go South 09 degrees 10 minutes 52 seconds West along the Easterly right-of-way line of a 20 foot unopened alley for a distance of 400.00 feet to a point, said point being the Southwest corner of Lot 16, Town of Baker and a point on the Northerly right-of-way of 15th Street (50メ R/W); thence North 80 degrees 44 minutes 44 seconds West along the Northerly right-of-way of 15th Street for a distance of 20 feet, said point being the Southeast corner of Lot 17, Town of Baker and the Westerly right-of-way line of said 20 foot unopened alley; thence go North 09 degrees 10 minutes 52 seconds East along Westerly right-of-way line of said 20メ unopened alley for a distance of 400.00 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of 16th Street, also being the Northeast corner of Lot 32, Block 17, Town of Baker; thence go South 80 degrees 44 minutes 44 seconds East along the Southerly right-of-way line of 16th Street for a distance of 20.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said unopened alley contains 8000 square feet.

Section 8, T-3-N, R-23-W, more specifically described as:
That portion of the 20 foot wide alleyway in Block 7, Oakdale Miniature Farms as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 129, of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida. And bounded on the East by lots 12 through 15 inclusive; and bounded on the West by lots 5 and a portion of lot 2 and on the South by the Northerly right-of-way of Jones Road and bounded on the North by that portion of the alleyway previously vacated.
