NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 19, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2019 CA 000296 F in the Circuit Court of the 1st Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-IM1, Plaintiff and NANCY R. O'BRIEN A/K/A NANCY RENEE O'BRIEN; SUNTRUST BANK, are defendants, JD Peacock II, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.okaloosa.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM CST on November 16, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.

West along the common property line, a distance of 227.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence continuing South 76ﾰ00'00ﾔ West, 158.39 feet, more or less, to the shoreline of Garniers Bayou; thence Southeasterly along said shoreline, 3.9 feet, more or less, to a point 3.4 feet Southerly of and perpendicular to said common property line; thence departing said shoreline, North 76ﾰ00'00ﾔ East, 106.66 feet, more or less; thence North 72ﾰ06'03ﾔ East, 50.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
