NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Plaintiff’s Motion to Cancel and Reschedule the November 13, 2023 Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of October, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022 CA 002907 C, of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and JOHN PAUL DUBEL, III; KELLY LYNN DUBEL and LEE FARM HOA, INC. are Defendants. JD Peacock, II as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bid-der for cash electronically at www.okaloosa.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. CST/ 12:00 P.M. EST on the 4th day of January, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, BLOCK A, LEE FARM PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE(S) 82-83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
