NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated the 21st day of June 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022 CA 000941, of the Circuit Court of the 1ST Judicial Circuit in and for OKALOOSA County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ERROL GREEN FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION THE CEDARS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ERROL GREEN (NOW DECEASED) JOHANNES GREEN, JR; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. JD PEACOCK II as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.okaloosa.realforeclose.com at, 11:00 AM on the 6th day of September 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT H-301, THE CEDARS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ALL AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND FORMING A PART THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 755, PAGE 565, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
