NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 26, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2023 CA 000276 F of the Circuit Court of the FIRST Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, Crestview, Florida, wherein NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is Plaintiff and JOSEPH WILLIAM BARBER, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, J. D. PEACOCK II, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.okaloosa.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of September, 2023 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
All that certain parcel of land situate in the County of Okaloosa, State of Florida, being known and designated as Lot 2, Block M, First Addition to Country Club Estates Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 16, of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida.
